How can I keep my stainless steel cookware shiny like when I first bought them?
bambi2003 asked:
it’s like they get burnt on the inside a little. I keep the fire low and spray the pan well but it still happens. Are there any tips on keeping them shiny and burn free?

Wash the surface with hot, soapy water (dishwashing liquid is fine) and a nonabrasive sponge, working both with and against the grain (yes, stainless steel has a grain) to lift buildup. Dry with a towel. Apply a layer of stainless-steel polish according to the package directions, wiping off any excess immediately. You can get polish at any local hardware store like Lowes or Home Depot. With a clean, dry towel, buff the polish into the surface, going with the grain, until it shines and the towel comes away dry.

The previous would also suggest not using sponges that scratch burnt off then continue with my cookware and sprinkle some on and use to have hard time with the cookware until was told about barr keeper it is the most effective product simply.
